It has been an action packed first day for #worldwellbeingweek! We’ve received hundreds of posts and messages on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn from Hong Kong, Dubai, all over the UK, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, England, also Eire, the Channel Islands, and the USA – and we’ve enjoyed webinars on Workplace Wellbeing, Self Esteem and Resilience, and Refreshing One’s Body & Soul ... AND we were the talk of the town on Inspire Radio, loved it, thank you. Click here to listen again.

There are still many events, podcasts and webinars scheduled in the week ahead. These can be watched live online, and if you missed any, most can be watched again on replay. Almost all are free of charge during World WellBeing Week.
Tomorrow, thanks to Brindleyplace Birmingham, there is a Sleep Hygiene webinar from 11am to 12noon, Yoga from 6pm to 7pm, and don’t forget all of the Thrive UK webinars and the WellBeing World Library – all there for you to enjoy.
Added to this, Box Sized Hugs have a lot planned for this week. Here’s a preview.
And, thanks to SalesForce UK, there's the amazing opportunity to check in with world renowned Buddhist meditation practitioner and author, Jack Kornfield, each day of World WellBeing Week at 5pm for a 10 minute mediation to remind you of your ‘capacity to be kind and present’. Click here to join.
