Claire Boscq-Scott, The Busy Queen Bee
Claire has +25 years’ experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Always passionate and fully committed to improving standards of customer service, insight and care, she has lived in Jersey since 2000, during which time she worked at the St Brelade’s Bay Hotel; opened The Royal Yacht Hotel after its £30m refurbishment; and then moved to L’Horizon Hotel in 2007.
She set up ‘Claire Boscq-Scott Customer Services’, in 2009, which she recently rebranded as The Busy Queen Bee, Customer Service Catalyst and Networking Queen. The business mystery shops for over 40 companies in Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight – with 85 professionally trained mystery shoppers, providing a dedicated and bespoke service.
Most recently she has introduced Speed Buzzing, a series of networking events across the Channel Islands – and she has also published her own online book, a practical guide of service excellence, ‘Thrive with the Hive’.

Lucy Sanderson, Copy Club UK
Lucy has been writing for as long as she can remember and marketing is like second nature to her. Content marketing is one of the most prevalent marketing tools in today’s age of fast and furious communication; they say that content is king (or queen!), but without communication, content is not worth the paper it’s typed on. Beverley Le Cuirot, WellBeing World | WellBeing At Work | Immediate Impact
Beverley found her purpose five years ago when she created WellBeing World and WellBeing At Work. Since then she has learned a lifetime’s worth about wellbeing from extensive research, working with WellBeing World Members, and having successfully completed a Diploma in Personal Nutrition with The Shaw Academy – and the Positive Psychology Certificate with the University of North Carolina. A Chartered Marketer by profession, she is also a writer, coach and mentor – and she provides marketing strategy and communications to clients, large and small, via Immediate Impact, a business she set up in 2008.
Before that she was Director of Marketing at Jersey Finance, the Finance Industry promotional body for six years; and Standard Chartered Bank Offshore where she was a Director with various responsibilities over her ten year tenure including marketing, new business, sales & service, and HR & training. She worked in London from 1979 to 1992 for international advertising agency groups, Young & Rubicam and Ogilvy & Mather, with clients in many industry sectors and across all marketing disciplines including PR, advertising, event management, promotional marketing, design, direct and social marketing. She is also a Non-Executive Director at the Jersey Opera House, and Immediate Past Chair of the CIM Jersey and Young Enterprise Jersey.
