What does wellbeing mean to you?  Happiness, health, family time, alone time, security, relaxation, exhilaration, inspiration, peace of mind, a good book … the dictionary suggests:

‘A good or satisfactory condition of existence characterised by health, happiness and prosperity’.

We have a wide range of WellBeing Providers in our membership and we hope there is something to interest everyone.

From hotel spa luxury to bootcamp fitness; speciality travel to yoga; health, beauty and holistic therapies to swimming, cycling and golfing; eco friendly architects to pet care services; florists to thermal imaging and confidential match-making services!

We also have experts who talk on a variety of topics from ‘Hormone Health’ to ‘Banishing One’s Limitations, Instantly’,and ‘How to Truly Enjoy Jersey’ to ‘Dealing with Stress in the Workplace’.

And Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation for All suitable for the Young, Old, Able Bodied, Disabled, Beginners and Experienced; activity learning sessions for Parents with Toddlers aged 1-3 years; and specialist ‘Massage Techniques for Labour’ for Mum-to-be and her birth partner.

And it doesn’t stop there.  We have health and fitness at Grand Jersey; Laydeez Fitness and Nordic Walking with Fiteez; Yoga with Yoga Master Laurent from Ayush Wellness Spa; and ZumbAtomic for 8 to 12 year olds; Zumba for Adults; Children’s Fun and Fitness (5 to 9 years); and Boxercise for all the Family from BodyRox.

Our nominated charities to-date have been Mind Jersey, the Jersey Branch of Parkinson’s UK, and the Jersey Cheshire Home; and we raised £1,000 at our first WellBeing Fair which was held in September. The proceeds from the fund-raising and other donations will contribute towards the provision of WellBeing services for people most in need.
