TLC Pilates Jsy is a Reformer Pilates studio in the heart of town. A small contemporary studio comprising of six top of the range studio reformers from Balanced Body. Mat Pilates with a difference is also available.
A full range of Pilates classes for all ages and abilities as well as private 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates sessions.
